Heather Lillard

Growing up in the Pasadena area gave Heather a deep appreciation for character homes and the special qualities of each neighborhood. “I love all of the nuances of all of the different pockets in this area - from the quaintness of La Canada, to San Marino steeped in tradition,” she says. “And of course Pasadena, with its world-class restaurants, strong business center and amazing culture, all combined with that wonderful small town feel. There’s a reason so many of us come back to this area to raise our families.”

After attending La Canada High School and earning a bachelor’s degree from UCLA, Heather started her professional career at The Walt Disney Company as Director of Special Event Marketing. There, she honed her business acumen, managing multi-million dollar marketing campaigns and orchestrating high-profile premieres for blockbuster films.  When they decided to start a family, Heather and her husband Matthew, a professional actor, decided that Pasadena was the only place they wanted to raise children. As they put down roots, Heather chose to focus on her growing family and Pasadena civic life. She is a member of Scrubs, supporting Huntington Hospital, a Founder’s member of Circle of Friends, a sustaining member of The Pasadena Children's Guild,  a former board member of Madison's Foundation and a current member of Friends of Foothill Families. Heather is also very involved with her parish, Holy Family Church, as well as her children's schools.

After knowing Ted Clark for many years (and becoming his client!) Heather joined Ted Clark and Partners in 2011.  Heather has always had a passion for architecture, design and real estate. A self-described "looky loo,” she is one of those people who simply loves home design. Like Ted, she has an impeccable eye for quality and knows how to prepare a home for sale; transforming it from a 'good' listing to truly spectacular.  As a long time resident of Pasadena, she is invested in the community and looks forward to helping it thrive, one homeowner at a time.
